How to come up with a good password

I hate when I go to sign up for something on the internet and I can’t come up with a good password that I can remember and feel safe about. That’s why I have come up with some ways that will help you come up with a good password that is easy to remember.

Use your favorite movie,website,business,etc to come up with your password

Lets say I use my favorite website (sizzlehut.com). I can spell it backwards “tuhelzzis” or just kind of jumble it up to make it sound better like this “tizzelshu”. This is a simple way to come up with a password, but it works and can come up with an easy to remember password.

Choose two words… Mix them together

Choose two words, and they can be anything but make sure they are similar in length of letters. So lets say I choose the words horse and water. I start with “W”, then go to the second letter in horse which is “O” so as of now I have “WO”. Then go to the third letter in water which is “T”, so now we have “WOT” (and continue this patter until there are no more letters to mix.) In the end you will get “Wotsr”. As you can see, that is a bit short for a password, so just add some numbers or do another jumble and combine the two jumbles to make a password.

Use some of your favorite Quotes to create your password

You can use one of your favorite quotes to make an easy to remember password. The quote “A journey of a million miles starts with just a single step” can be turned into “ajoammswjass”, but the password may not be easy to remember or too long, so I recommend taking away the words that don’t really matter like “and” or “the”. When you take out the words that don’t matter you have “jmmswjss”. If you still do not like what you have, use another quote or use another way to come up with a good password.

Now just change it up a little…

Once you have your password you should change it up a little. Change your “i’s” to 1, change your “e’s” to 3, etc. Add a few capital letters and numbers and you have yourself a password.
