Microsoft’s Surface Pro to come out February 9th

Microsoft announced that they will be releasing the Surface Pro on February 9th starting at $899. It will come with Microsoft Office,Photoshop, and all of that happy stuff but this tablet is a bit overpriced. You pay $899 dollars for the tablet, you buy the keyboard cover for $120,then you buy any other accessories that you want and this turns out to be over $1,000!

But this also is not your usual tablet, It is a personal computer too that runs on Windows 8. It has a 10.6″ Full HD display with two camera’s, one in the front and one in the back. It also has 3rd Gen Intel Core i5 Processor with Intel HD Graphics 4000. The Microsoft Surface Pro has a battery life of only about 5 hours unlike most tablets that have 10.

If you would prefer to actually feel the keys pressing down on the keyboard then you don’t have to get the Touch Cover, you can get the Type Cover which only adds $10 to the Touch Cover price. If you do get the Type Cover it only comes in one color, which is black, if you get the Touch Cover it comes in colors of white,cyan,black,magneta,and red.

This does seem to be a really cool tablet, just maybe a little overpriced. It will start being sold in the U.S. and Canada on February 9th, and if you want the Surface Pro, be prepared to open your wallets!
